NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
While we understand that life is full of surprises and that there are circumstances which may require you to reschedule an appointment, we request that you contact our office at least 48 business hours in advance. Timely notice of a change in our schedule allows us to consistently offer the comprehensive, quality dental care which our patients have come to expect. There will be a fee for all appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 business hours advanced notice.
